Aaron held his 《守护》 EP Launch Concert on 12 Oct 2014, Sunday, 5pm at Esplanade Recital Studio, and it was a full house event with 240 ppl in attendance!
Guests were treated to songs that represented different phases of Aaron’s life, ranging from classic love songs from William 苏永康 and 陈晓东, as well as more recent updated songs like Rude by Magic!, and also rock song 势在必行 by Anthony Chen.
Aaron also sang the 3 songs from his 《守护》 EP, opening the concert with rock song 调色盘 (2nd song in his EP), and ending the concert with his EP title song 《守护》.
A popular song with the crowd was the oriental ballad 《回心转意》, the 3rd song in Aaron’s EP, which was performed halfway through the concert with guest Er Hu player Mike Chiang. Mike also recorded the Er Hu parts for the actual recorded song in the EP. Guest pianist and songwriter Derrick Tham also accompanied Aaron on the piano, performing a medley of Derrick’s songs, for which Aaron had sung the original demos.
Another highlight of the concert was the sing and play segment, when Aaron played solo on the Steinway Model D Grand Piano, bringing his own renditions of songs like Ordinary People and All of Me by John Legend, as well as 眼色 by Yoga Lin.

All in all, it was a resounding success, with all the audience members enjoying themselves greatly, and being treated to a varied song repertoire by Aaron and the Intune Music Band!
